Database Development
At the onset of any engagement, Analytics works with clients in the production of machine readable data regarding class members.
To facilitate the class mailing and ease the maintenance of the Class List for use in later claims administration,
these lists are standardized and consolidated into a single class database. Analytics' software can import data from more than 200 different data formats.
Regardless of the source or the data format, Analytics is capable of rapidly developing a unified Class List.
In addition to providing class action administration services,
Analytics also provides expert economic testimony and computer consulting for use in litigation.
It is common practice for our clients to call on us to provide guidance in deposing Defendants
regarding computer systems; to supervise the production of computerized data;
and, to analyze Defendant provided data. This experience enables us to obtain and analyze
raw data files from Defendants and perform all necessary manipulations, analysis,
and duplicate elimination ourselves. This process provides insights that are useful
in other aspects of the claims administration process, assures our clients of the
strictest quality control standards, and guarantees the widest practicable distribution of the Class Notice.
Importing the class member's name and address information into Analytics' claims administration database is only the beginning.
During the importing process, duplicate records are identified and address data for class members are validated, standardized,
and updated with the most current information available in the National Change of Address database.
Mailed Notice
Whenever possible, Analytics designs claim forms so that they are pre-printed with class members' names and addresses along with all relevant transaction information.
This minimizes expenses associated with claims processing, improves accuracy, and helps class members file complete claims.
We format the notice and claim form and proof them before presenting them for your approval. Once approved, the notices and claim forms are printed and mailed by the most efficient method available.
Analytics has mailed more 24,000,000 Class Notices and Claim Forms, and has the capacity to mail more than 1,000,000 pieces of mail per day.
Published Notice
If necessary to provide the best notice practicable, Analytics can work with you to develop cost effective media campaigns to identify class members who are missing
notices. These media campaigns are designed to withstand the strictest Court scrutiny.
