  • an automated call processing system with the capacity to handle more than 5,000 simultaneous calls in multiple languages;
  • an inbound mail processing center engineered for the mail volumes that accompany class sizes of up to 20 million class members;
  • an outbound mail capacity in excess of 1 million pieces of mail per day; and,
  • a document imaging/claims processing facility with a capacity of up to 50,000 pages/day.
